Solar plane lands in New York City

A solar-powered airplane finished crossing the United States on Saturday, landing in New York City after flying over the Statue of Liberty during its historic bid to circle the globe, the project team said.  The spindly, single-seat experimental aircraft, dubbed Solar Impulse 2, arrived at New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport at about 4 a.m. local time after it took off about five hours beforehand at Lehigh Valley International Airport in Pennsylvania, the team reported on the airplane's website.  Such a pleasure to land in New York! For the 14th time we celebrate sustainability," said the project's co-founder Andre Borschberg on Twitter after flying over the city and the Statue of Liberty during the 14th leg of the trip around the globe. The Swiss team flying the aircraft in a campaign to build support for clean energy technologies hopes eventually to complete its circumnavigation in Abu Dhabi, where the journey began in March 2015. Nepal, Parasitic diseases found in red panda- - the timid and charming imperiled warm blooded animal species- - could be a noteworthy reason for its well being, a late study shows.  The study led by the Red Panda Network and the Global Primate Network in a group woods at Gram VDC in Rolpa locale recommends the protozoa contaminations were the most widely recognized and cestode diseases happened the minimum on red panda.

The red panda itself can be contaminated with Angiostrongylus when it eats snail while taking nourishment and water. The parasite taints the lungs of the creature and can precipitate its passing, said the report. The snails, slugs or frogs are the transitional hosts of this parasite.

The examinations were led in the research center of the Advanced Community Hospital in Chitwan. Fecal specimens were analyzed by direct light microscopy. Every one of the examples were discovered to be certain for gastrointestinal parasites. Sonam said that the parasites found in the creature could debilitate the strength of the imperiled species.
Almost twelve red pandas were discovered dead in Taplejung , Panchthar and other eastern regions of Nepal a year ago. The traditionalists included in the study said parasitic contamination was the conceivable reason for the passings. Red pandas are found in the subtropical and mild backwoods of Nepal, India, Bhutan, northern Myanmar and southwestern China. An expected 1,000 red pandas are found in Nepal.
