The latest Samsung Galaxy S7 rumor is relating to the battery on Samsung’s new flagship, according to Eldar Murtazin, the new S7 will offer up to 17 hour of video playback.  This would mean that the handset would come with a large battery which would allow for the considerably longer video playback than the current Galaxy S6. Samsung could be forced to stop selling some phones after Apple won an appeal in a US court.  The decision comes after a lawsuit first filed in 2012 in which Apple claimed Samsung was using some of its technology without proper permission.  That case was decided in May 2014 when Apple was awarded $120m (£76m) damages.  Apple appealed, saying Samsung should stop selling phones using the disputed features. Judges disagreed but this latest ruling overturns that decision. Apple's bid to stop Samsung selling some handsets was initially  denied because the judges overseeing the case said the company had not demonstrated it had suffered significant harm from the infringement.  Now, two of the three judges reviewing the case have said Apple deserves an injunction to stop Samsung selling some phones.  However, this does not mean that Samsung will be forced to stop selling phones that use the disputed technology. Some early adopters of a new Samsung phone have said the device's stylus suffers from a design flaw. The S-Pen stylus for Galaxy Note 5 models can be stored within the body of the phone, but when inserted upside down it appears to snag on an internal mechanism.  Users have reported that when the stylus is then forcibly removed it can damage the S-Pen, the Note 5, or both.  Samsung said users should follow the instruction manual.  The stylus should be inserted by the pointed end first and is designed to fit snugly into the Note 5 handset via a spring-loaded mechanism.
